Showcasing her extraordinary voice on The Kelly Clarkson Show, the American Idol winner paid tribute to Whitney Houston with a powerful cover of her 1993 hit.

For her rendition, the 40-year-old singer stayed faithful to the classic - throwing in those high notes as per usual.
