Lindsey Buckingham is back!

The former Fleetwood Mac guitarist has just released a brand new solo single - and we are loving it.

Titled 'On the Wrong Side,' the new song sees the legendary musician reflecting on his time with Fleetwood Mac.

And the 71-year-old revealed that 'On The Wrong Side' was actually inspired by the band's classic 'Go Your Own Way.'

"'Go Your Own Way' is not a happy song, subject-matter wise, but it was an ebullient song musically. This was sort of the same idea," he explained.

The album was written, produced and recorded by Buckingham at his home studio in Los Angeles.

Buckingham was fired from Fleetwood Mac in April 2018.

He was replaced by Neil Finn and Mike Campbell, formerly of Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers.
