Rick Astley releases song paying tribute to 'Unsung Heroes'

'80s icon Rick Astley is back at it with his catchy tunes, and this one definitely stacks up amongst the rest.

The song became the anthem if the 2020 Unsung Heroes awards in the UK, which took play last week.

Titled 'Every One of Us' and originally featuring on his 2019 album Best of Me, the song certainly has a catchy feel, and even features a few unsung heroes in the video.

“When I was asked to launch a single in honour of Unsung Hero and to raise money for BBC Children in Need I didn’t hesitate. Both are brilliant causes and I hope the song can bring a bit of joy and solidarity during what has been a strange and unprecedented year.” Astley said.

Previous winners of the Unsung Hero awards include Captain Tom Moore, who rasied over 33 million pounds for the NHS.
