Slash and his band The Conspirators wow with stunning cover of Elton John's 'Rocket Man'

While Sir Elton John has countless hits to his name, one of his most beloved songs would be 'Rocket Man.'

And now legendary guitarist Slash and his band The Conspirators have put their own spin on the 1972 track.

Taking to the stage at the Roseland Theatre in Portland, Oregon, Slash told the crowd it was the band's first time playing their rendition live.

"We did it for a movie some years ago," Slash said.

"The movie came out during Covid. It was called Stunt Man. We did this version of the song for this movie for this friend of mine [Eddie Braun] who jumped over Snake River Canyon. We’re going to do it live tonight since we’ve been dying to play it."
