Shaun Wallace from The Chase reveals the incredible story behind winning Mastermind

Jase and Bernie were lucky enough to have Shaun Wallace stop by the studio while he was in the country.

The Destroyer spoke about how he managed to destroy his Mastermind trophy - a feat that no other winner in the world has managed to do.

He also revealed that writing his new book 'Chasing The Dream' wasn't as easy as he had hoped:

"I was going to publish it in 2008, but do you know what prevented me from doing so? Slumdog Millionaire, the Oscar-winning quiz show movie, and I thought to myself 'there's no way I'm publishing my book.'"

After talking about how he started the book again in Jamaica, he then revealed that he lost everything after an unfortunate computer crash.

"I was in my bed for about a month, I grew a long beard, depressed," Shaun said.

It took Shaun another two years to write the book that was finally published.
