Netflix's bizarre new docuseries 'Tiger King' is TV's latest must-watch show!

And Netflix is here to hook you with its latest bizarre new docuseries, Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem and Madness.

The seven-part doco – which dropped on Netflix last week – currently ranks as the most popular current TV show on Rotten Tomatoes.

Packed with a cast of real-life eccentric personalities, exotic animals and sinister plot twists it's impossible to not be captivated by the show.

In Tiger King, filmmakers Eric Goode and Rebecca Chaiklin take viewers inside the fierce rivalries that exist among the underworld of big cat dealers across the US.

These deeply eccentric people trade and breed lions, tigers and other big cats, keeping them in their own private zoos and often exploiting them for profit.

The star of the show is Joe Exotic, a flamboyantly gay Southerner who runs his own private zoo, filled with exotic big cats – and staffed by down-on-their-luck keepers.

However, things turn dark after animal activist and Joe's mortal enemy Carole Baskin, owner of a Big Cat Sanctuary, tries to shut down the big-cat breeders.

The show might not be everyone's cup of tea, but it is definitely worth a watch, especially as it has managed to get people talking about something other than the global pandemic.
