Getting a standing ovation from the coaches on The Voice is a very rare feat, but Rebecca O'Connor did just that during her blind audition this week.

Over 50 years after Tina Turner released the chart-topping song 'Proud Mary,' Rebecca belted out a flawless rendition of the 1969 hit and her vocals are something else.

While coaches Guy Sebastian, Keith Urban and Jess Mauboy were all moved to their feet, Rita Ora was moved to tears by the performance.

"As soon as I heard Tina - I am going to start crying - because for me, she is my biggest, biggest idol in the world for so many reasons," Rita told the contestant.

"Because her story is so inspiring. To gain that much success at her age - she didn't really become a solo artist until her late 30s."

It was no surprise Rebecca - who currently works as a professional Tina Turner impersonator and tours between Australia, Europe and Ireland with her Simply The Best tribute show - got two chair turns and will move forward in the show.
