Getting a four-chair turnaround from the judges on The Voice is a very rare feat, but Toneisha Harris did just that during her blind audition this week.

Over 30 years after Foreigner released their chart-topping power ballad 'I Want to Know What Love Is,' Harris belted out a powerhouse rendition of the 1984 hit and her vocals are something else.

Coaches Kelly Clarkson, Nick Jonas, John Legend and Blake Shelton were all moved by the 44-year-old singer, with the four of them slamming their buzzers and fighting for her to select them as her coach.

"Your voice is a total blessing. You are the reason that this show exists … what we want is to be moved and that's what you just did. That's the whole point of being an artist," Clarkson told Artis.

Jonas told the singer: "That was one of the most powerful vocals I've ever heard, not just in this competition, but that I've ever heard!"

While Legend said: "Whenever all of us turn it's because something is really special and you don't need any of us to do well on this show. You're already amazing, you already deserve to be in the finale."

Harris later revealed she was supposed to have auditioned for the show eight years ago but put that dream aside when her son was diagnosed with leukaemia at the age of 12.

"He is amazing now, second year in college."
